Summer Shopping

I had an hour to spare. The library was 2 blocks to the right. TJ Maxx was 2 blocks to the left. Hmm..shopping or studying during my summer before medical school? I had good intentions to just go in to  TJ Maxx and peak at the clearance rack, and then head right to my books…but I ended up staying the entire hour. This is what I got!

Imagemaxi shirt, laundry by Shelli Segal, $10 (originally +100!)

This is the first time I’ve worn a maxi skirt. I’m only 4’11” so I’ve been scared to try the look…until I found a nice one for only $10! What do you think? Can I wear this out in public?

mini skirt, ella moss, $15 (originally $80)

I can’t believe I found an ella moss skirt for this price! I love their effortless and cute look.

tunic, Testament, $12 (originally $50)

shorts, Paige, $15 (originally $80)

My favorite denim brand for SUCH a great price!!! I’m a big fan of Paige denim and love how slimming their jeans are. This is my second pair of shorts from them. Now that I’m no longer a teenager, I think I need shorts that aren’t abercrombie cut-offs. Image

 Saucony, Marika

Running clothes, $10 a piece! I never buy full-priced athletic clothes. Why when you can get brand-name stuff for so much less?

I love a good bargain, but I try and stick with brands I like and recognize in department stores. I don’t want a closet full of junk. Hope you enjoyed my looks and gained new ideas! Definitely try stores like Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls (favorite), and TJ Maxx for good deals! You can often find brands like C & C California, J Brand, Hudson, and other popular names there. I’m so happy I got all this (plus a copy of the Hunger Games for my brother) for under $100!

Gonna go running before it gets too dark now!
